FAQ:

To start a game, use the start command and the end command, to stop it. While in a channel with an active story, use the see command to view it.

OWS's prefix is ; by default and can be customized on the Dashboard. To see what the current prefix for your guild is, mention the bot in a text channel.

A well-known issue. However, even if the bot doesn't react to messages anymore, they are still added to the story. If they aren't, please report the issue on our support server.

Adding the bot to your server

Step 1:

Invite the bot using this link. If needed, login to Discord.
Now select the server, you want to add the bot to, from the dropdown menu and click Continue.

Step 2:

Next, make sure that all the required permissions are given, like in the picture below.

By pressing the Authorize button and completing the Captcha,
the bot will be added to the previously selected server.

Basic Commands

Every Command starts with the Prefix, which is then followed by one of the commands below. The prefix for OWS is ; by default but can be changed on our Dashboard.

Story:

• start - Starts a new game

• end - Ends the current game

• see - Displays the current story

• ;reset - Resets the game (deletes all words)

General:

• ;contact - Displays contact information

• ;credits - Displays all OWS contributors

• ;dashboard - Displays the link to the web dashboard

• ;removedata - Deletes all your data from our servers

• ;help - Displays a list of all commands

• ;invite - Displays the invitation link

• ;stats - Displays information about OWS

• ;support - Displays an invitation link to our support server

• ;vote - Displays our top.gg voting link

Administrative:

• ;setlang - Changes the bot's language

• ;setprefix - Changes the bot's prefix

• ;showlangs - Displays all avalible languages
